1. Introduction

StackAI ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Tyas Heikkinen, an individual based in Idaho, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the StackAI mobile application (com.stackai.app).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

Account information: email address and display name
Health and supplement data: compounds in your stack, dosages, frequencies, and cycle schedules you enter
Lab results: biomarker values entered manually or extracted from optional PDF uploads
Chat messages: questions you send to the AI assistant
Community reports: anonymous compound experience reports you optionally submit
Usage analytics: device type, app version, interaction patterns, and crash reports

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve the StackAI service and its features
Power AI-driven analysis of your health data and lab results
Send dose reminder notifications you have opted into
Process subscription payments
Display relevant advertisements to free tier users
Aggregate anonymous community reports for other users

4. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services that may receive your data:

Supabase — securely stores your account data, supplement stack, lab results, and cycle information
Anthropic Claude API — processes your chat messages and PDF lab reports for AI analysis. Chat messages and lab data are sent to Anthropic's API for processing but are not permanently stored by Anthropic
Google AdMob — displays advertisements to free tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and advertising data
RevenueCat — manages subscription status and purchase verification
Google Play — processes subscription payments
Railway — hosts our backend API infrastructure

We do not sell your personal data or health information to any third party.

5. Health Data

StackAI allows you to log health-related information including lab results, supplement protocols, and cycle schedules. This information is:

Stored securely and used solely to provide you with app features
Never sold to third parties
Processed by AI only to help you understand your own data

PDF lab results are processed by AI for marker extraction and are not stored permanently on our servers after processing. The extracted marker values are saved to your account.

6. Community Reports

Community reports are submitted anonymously. No user ID, email, or personally identifiable information is attached to community reports. Once submitted, reports cannot be traced back to individual users.

7. Data Security

We implement industry standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure JWT authentication, and row-level database security ensuring users can only access their own data.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

Using the "Delete Account" option in Settings within the app
Emailing stackai.support@gmail.com to request full data deletion

Upon account deletion, all personal data, stack items, lab results, and cycle data are permanently removed from our systems.

9. Age Requirement

StackAI is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover we have collected data from a minor we will delete it immediately.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at stackai.support@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of StackAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
