StackAI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using StackAI (com.stackai.app) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use StackAI.

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

StackAI is an educational and informational tool only. Nothing in StackAI constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided about peptides, compounds, and supplements is for educational purposes only. StackAI is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, peptide, or medication protocol. Tyas Heikkinen and StackAI are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from information provided by the app.

3. Research Compounds Disclaimer

Many compounds in the StackAI catalog are research chemicals not approved by the FDA for human use. StackAI provides educational information about these compounds only. We do not encourage, endorse, or facilitate the purchase or use of any illegal or unapproved substances. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

StackAI offers free and paid Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscription options include:

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Store settings on your device.

Refund policy: All refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies. StackAI does not process refunds directly.

7. Community Reports

Users may optionally submit anonymous reports about their compound experiences. Community reports are anonymous and user-generated content. By submitting a report you grant StackAI a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display that anonymized data to other users. StackAI is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or safety of user-submitted community content. Community reports do not constitute medical advice. Do not submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

8. AI Features

StackAI uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to provide chat responses and lab result interpretation. AI responses are generated by a third-party language model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI features are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical judgment.

All content, design, and code in StackAI is owned by Tyas Heikkinen. The compound catalog, protocol templates, and educational content are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of StackAI without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackAI and its operator Tyas Heikkinen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or financial loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for StackAI Pro in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings or by emailing stackai.support@gmail.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of StackAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
